Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations, managing employees, technicians, fabricators, electricians, and installers. Develop production schedules, assign work, track multiple builds, and ensure materials and components are available throughout each stage of production. Coordinate installation of electrical, solar, battery, HVAC, structural, interior, and other components according to approved designs and specifications. Maintain quality and safety standards, inspect completed work, troubleshoot production issues, improve manufacturing processes, and report progress or delays to leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive manufacturing, construction management, or a related field, with previous supervisory or production leadership experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflow, production scheduling, quality control, and managing multiple projects or production stages simultaneously. Ability to read drawings, specifications, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documents, with strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage employees, maintain production deadlines, enforce safety standards, and work directly on the manufacturing floor.

$75,000 to $90,000 annuallySeeking Field Manufacturing Manager to oversee the complete production of solar-powered equipment from initial assembly through final testing, quality control, and delivery.
