Our Plant Manager is responsible for the daily production processing of our Laundry facility. Managing the employees in our production, warehouse, and maintenance departments, you will be responsible for monitoring production flow, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and regulating product inventory. Managerial duties include all staffing, transfer, promotion, coaching, training, terminating, and employee review responsibilities.

Requirements:

We require 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, in a production environmentQualified candidates should have previous experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlinesProduction-line scheduling experienceStaff scheduling experienceLean management experience utilizing computer controlsMust be growth oriented and career mindedGood communication skills are requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredBachelors Degree Preferred.
