FUNCTIONS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The

PRODUCTION MANAGER

leads the production process ensuring safety and efficiency of manufacturing processes, quality of products and on time deliveries. This position is responsible for the following main duties: Oversee technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes Oversee planning and organizing production schedules Ensure safety and continuous improvement Analyze production data, build reports, follow KPIs and ensure achievement of targets Promote a company culture that encourages top performance Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures Support communication through production teams and managers Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company Ensure compliance with laws and regulations Assist HR with recruiting

Education & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field, or more than 15 years in management of industrial manufacturing of metal products Experience in processes and procedures in cold drawn tubing industry, working with Stainless Steels and Nickel Alloys is strongly desired

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years in management of industrial manufacturing of metal products in a medium to big size company
