J-Tech is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing functions, including production, engineering, and R D. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, establishing strong operational systems, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Additionally, the Director of Manufacturing Operations will help define and achieve key performance objectives while fostering collaboration across departments to support growth. Director of Manufacturing Operations position qualifications:

• A minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing or related industry, required; within transportation and/or custom manufacturing, a plus
• Experience of successfully leading teams and overseeing a departmentanization
