Day:
Lead MES solution architecture and deployment strategy across multiple workstreams. Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state manufacturing processes. Establish MES governance, standards, templates, and best practices. Define integration strategies between MES, automation systems, quality systems, and enterprise platforms. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership throughout project execution. Support roadmap development, resource planning, and manufacturing modernization initiatives. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 8+ years of MES experience with at least 3 years in a lead, architect, or technical leadership capacity.
- Strong background in Syncade architecture, EBR (electronic batch record) strategy, and manufacturing systems integration.
- DeltaV integration experience
- Experience advising leadership on digital manufacturing strategy and execution models.
- Experience with Multi-site MES deployments
- Experience with paper-to-digital manufacturing transformation programs.
