In this role, you will oversee two local manufacturing facilities with approximately 275 employees, taking ownership of safety, quality, production, cost, people, and plant performance. You will lead Production Managers and Supervisors while maintaining a strong shop-floor presence, particularly during your first six months, to build relationships and drive improvements across the workforce. This role would suit a Plant Manager or experienced Production Manager from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to take ownership of large-scale operations and make a significant impact within a global organization.

The Role:

Lead two local high-volume manufacturing facilities with approximately 275 employees Take ownership of safety, quality, production, cost, people, KPIs, and overall operational performance Lead and develop Production Managers and Supervisors while maintaining strong visibility on the shop floor

The Person:
