PMCO is hiring a Plant Manager in Winnsboro, TX!
Salary:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on experience

Full benefits package Job Description This role will lead plant operations, develop department leaders, manage financial performance, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Job Responsibilities Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, shipping, and safety Drive plant KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost Manage plant budgets, expenses, P&L performance, and capital projects Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements Lead, coach, and develop plant managers and supervisors Oversee customer, corporate, and regulatory audits Improve equipment utilization, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance Requirements 8+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing 2+ years of management experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience managing plant budgets, costs, and operational KPIs Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement Understanding of food safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Proven leadership and team development skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
