ACS® is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our rug cleaning and repair facility in Chantilly, Virginia. We are looking for a hands-on operations leader who can manage production workflow, develop employees, improve efficiency, and create a culture of accountability and excellence. You do not need experience in the rug cleaning industry. We are interested in candidates with experience managing production teams in manufacturing, industrial laundry, textiles, restoration, food production, packaging, distribution, warehousing, or similar process-driven environments. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire production process from receiving rugs through cleaning, repair, quality inspection, and final preparation for delivery. Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management Lead and supervise a predominantly Spanish-speaking production team. Conduct daily production meetings and communicate goals clearly. Hold employees accountable for quality, productivity, attendance, and safety standards. Build a culture of teamwork, respect, ownership, and continuous improvement. Train, coach, and develop production employees. Cross-train team members to work across multiple production areas. Production & Operations Manage workflow from receiving through delivery preparation. Balance staffing and labor allocation among production zones. Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions. Improve productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Monitor production schedules and prioritize workloads appropriately. Coordinate workflow between cleaning, repair, quality control, and staging departments. Quality Control Maintain high quality standards throughout the production process. Oversee inspections and quality assurance procedures. Reduce rework, errors, and production defects. Ensure customer items are handled properly, professionally and timely. Facility Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional production facility. Enforce workplace safety procedures and standards. Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance needs. Ensure proper organization of work areas, materials, and inventory. Continuous Improvement Develop and improve standard operating procedures. Track production metrics and performance indicators. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Help create scalable systems that support future company growth. QualificationsRequired Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. Experience managing production, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or operations teams. Strong leadership and employee development skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively communicate expectations and hold employees accountable. Experience improving productivity and workflow efficiency. Preferred Manufacturing or production management experience. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience. Industrial laundry, textile, restoration, food production, packaging, or warehouse operations experience. Experience managing teams of 10+ employees. Familiarity with production metrics and KPI tracking. What Success Looks Like This is not a maintenance management position.
