Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Implement and manage mid to large company programs. 2. Design and implement new programs. 3. Ensure leadership, coordination, and execution of program improvements. 4. Create and lead a productive, harmonious team (if applicable). 5. Partner with managers on strategic planning efforts. 6. Provide performance data, analysis, manage program milestones, and document project activities. 7. Understand. Create. Simplify. 8. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Physical Requirements None Competitive pay.
