The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing production teams while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead approximately 10-15 production employees across multiple production lines. Ensure production schedules are followed and daily output targets are met. Operate production machinery and train team members on proper equipment use. Prepare and manage product labels, placards, and production documentation. Review bills of materials (BOMs) to identify discrepancies in quantities or lot numbers. Monitor production reports, including output, downtime, and efficiency. Communicate production issues and delays promptly to the Production Supervisor or Manager. Coordinate with Sanitation and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and smooth line changeovers. Collect and track production samples according to quality standards. Review batch records and quality assurance (QA) documentation for accuracy and completeness. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Assist with training, coaching, and developing production team members. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems. Forklift certification and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience are a plus, but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
