We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily machining, CNC, welding, and fabrication operations. This role manages production schedules, supervises employees, tracks job progress, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Onsite | Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage daily production schedules, priorities, and employee assignments. Supervise machinists, CNC operators, welders, and fabricators. Track job progress, labor hours, and production costs using ERP systems. Coordinate materials, tooling, inspections, and equipment requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering specifications. Identify production delays, resolve issues, and improve workflow. Train employees and monitor performance, productivity, and attendance. Requirements 7+ years of hands-on machining or manufacturing experience, including CNC milling or turning. 3+ years of production supervision or team leadership experience. Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions. Experience with production scheduling, labor tracking, and job costing. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; JobBOSS experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Welding and fabrication experience and knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality systems.
