The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role running our 2nd shift. You won't be stuck behind a desk-you will be out on the floor leading your team, keeping production running smoothly, and making sure safety and quality standards are met during one of our busiest times of the day.

What You Will DoLead the
Floor & Drive Output:
Manage shift lines, track attendance, report line status, and push for everyday improvements in how the team works.Keep People Safe:
Enforce all safety rules, proper safety gear (PPE), lockout/tagout (LOTO), andOSHA/FDA
guidelines.Handle Quality & Inventory:
Work with QA on product holds, check raw material and packaging stock, and log finished goods into NetSuite.Train & Communicate:
Run daily shift meetings, follow the training schedule, keep other departments updated, and make sure everyone gets their proper breaks.Keep the
Plant Clean & Organized:
Maintain a safe, clean work area and handle daily tasks as needed to keep the plant running right.What You Need for
