We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations, lead our talented team, and ensure consistent output.

Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing activities on the production floor. This role focuses on maintaining strict quality standards, maximizing efficiency, balancing orders, and fostering team development. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep commitment to workplace organization (5-S) and high-volume production excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Training:

Lead, mentor, and train production staff on tools and machinery operation, safety compliance, and workflow procedures to build a highly skilled workforce.

Quality and Efficiency Maintenance:

Monitor production lines to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Ensure all manufactured goods meet rigorous internal quality specifications while maximizing operational efficiency. 5-

S Workplace Organization:

Diligently follow, maintain, and enforce 5-S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all production areas to guarantee a safe, organized, and clean working environment.

Safety Compliance:

Promote and enforce strict adherence to company safety rules, PPE regulations, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

At least 5 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong background in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

CNC Experience:

Prior experience working with or supervising CNC machinery is highly preferred (a major plus).

Leadership:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams and resolving conflicts.

Problem Solving:

Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot machine bottlenecks, quality errors, or workflow imbalances.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively report metrics to upper management and deliver instructions to shop-floor workers.
