JOB DESCRIPTION

This position supports scheduling most efficient way to run daily orders. Supervisor will be responsible for order fulfillment for their departmental area. Will monitor attendance and job performance of each production employees. Supervisor will be responsible for holding employees accountable and will administer disciplinary actions as needed. Willingness to work additional hours, as needed (including weekends), for order fulfillment, along with being flexible in the movement of employees to other areas that are in need of assistance. Willing to follow all GMPS, SSOP's, and HAACP policies and procedures.

Other duties include:

insuring products meet or exceed quality requirements, communicating with production team and management members to procure correct quantities of raw materials needed to complete daily orders, maintain all equipment in good operating condition and immediately let maintenance department know of any mechanical issues that the supervisor cannot resolve. Make sure all products are correctly weighed and labeled. Supervise the cleaning and storage of equipment at end of shift.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Poultry production experience preferred.
• Must have the ability and resilience to work in a very fast paced environment.

$70,304.00 - $73,000.00 per year
