Job Summary STAR Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support our overnight manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food manufacturing or food production facility . This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage employees, maintain production standards, enforce food safety procedures, and ensure the shift operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead night shift production employees Monitor daily production activities and workflow Ensure production goals and quality standards are met Enforce GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity Assign tasks and ensure employees follow work instructions and SOPs Identify and report production, quality, or safety concerns Communicate shift issues and production updates to management Support employee training and development Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment Work closely with Quality Assurance and Operations leadership Qualifications Previous experience in a food manufacturing or food production facility required Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of GMP and food safety practices Ability to lead employees and hold team members accountable Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently during overnight operations Experience with production reporting and documentation preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Highly Preferred HACCP Certification - Basic or Advanced Food manufacturing leadership experience Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing Experience with food safety and sanitation programs Experience supporting Quality Assurance and production compliance Schedule Night Shift Full-Time Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
