REQUIRED

Requirements 18 years or older Bilingual English & Spanish - REQUIRED Previous kitchen/prep experience - REQUIRED Leadership and strong communication skills Responsible, dependable, organized, and punctual Strong attention to detail and food quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must work well with a team and lead by example Must be willing to learn, receive feedback, and follow company standards Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Head Chef on daily production Help organize and supervise the production team Ensure recipes, portions, preparation methods, and quality standards are followed Monitor food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization Ensure production is completed correctly and on time Identify and communicate production issues or shortages Be prepared to take responsibility for production when the Head Chef is unavailable Maintain company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to take on responsibility.
