Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Vegetative Grower to oversee all aspects of vegetative cannabis cultivation from clone transplant through transfer into flowering. This role is responsible for producing healthy, uniform plants while managing irrigation, nutrition, environmental controls, crop scheduling, and team leadership to ensure production goals are met on time and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on cultivator with strong leadership skills, experience managing crop production, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced cultivation environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee vegetative cannabis production from transplant through movement into flower. Manage irrigation, nutrition, pruning, plant training, spacing, and overall crop health. Monitor environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, VPD, lighting, CO₂, and irrigation systems. Develop and execute production schedules to ensure flowering rooms are filled on time. Identify and resolve plant health, nutrient, irrigation, and environmental issues before they impact production. Coordinate closely with Propagation, Flower, IPM, Facilities, and Harvest teams. Supervise, train, and develop cultivation technicians while promoting accountability and operational excellence. Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and compliance documentation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sanitation standards, and Florida cannabis regulations. Qualifications 21 Years old or older, must be able to pass a level 2 background check. 3-5 years of commercial cannabis cultivation or greenhouse production experience. Strong knowledge of vegetative plant production, irrigation, nutrition, environmental controls, and integrated pest management. Experience managing crop schedules, labor, and production workflows. Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cultivation tracking systems and production recordkeeping is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working in warm, humid indoor cultivation environments. Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures. Flexibility to work varying schedules based on production needs.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
