What you bring:

2 or more years running roofing production or field crews Working knowledge of building codes, wind uplift ratings, and install standards Working Knowledge in production KPI's & Reporting. Comfortable holding crews accountable without needing to be micromanaged yourself Integrity, loyalty, and a no-excuses attitude on the jobsite You don't need to be told twice, and you don't cut corners when nobody's watching.
