Assigns and manages work schedules and assignments with the Area Supervisor.
Ensures all employees have the equipment and supplies needed to perform the jobs in their areas.
Assume responsibility for and take the lead in maintaining housekeeping within the department.
Designate and audits 5S responsibilities.
Ensure that performance metrics are communicated, understood, and met.
Drive continuous improvement through MDI.Identify opportunities for improvement; implement improvement plans. Coordinate and lead problem-solving activities for process improvements.
Develop audits and ensure adherence to standard work. Serve as the primary communication vehicle between management and associates.
Responsible for reviewing staffing needs for the day and flexing labor resources to meet the daily shipping/production schedule. Provides continuous training to associates to ensure standards are complied with and understood.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
College Degree preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.

Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing.

DESCRIPTIONThe Team Leader serves as an extension of management within their assigned zones, providing direct support to associates.PRIMARY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the overall performance of his/her assigned work group/line, including safety, quality, efficiency, and attainment of daily shipping/production schedule. Proactively supports plant-wide safety programs, including maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.Assigns and manages work schedules and assignments with the Area Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High School Diploma/Equivalent required.College Degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of Club Car experience or two years of leadership experience.Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires occasional lifting of objects of objects 25 to 50 pounds.Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing.
