As our Manufacturing Reliability Supervisor (Robotics & PLCs), you'll guide maintenance teams to deliver uptime, safety, and quality—every shift, every line. What You Will Own People & Performance Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians and Team Leaders. Run daily stand-ups; translate departmental priorities into actionable plans. Provide training, conduct evaluations, and hold development discussions. Recruit, hire, onboard, and grow talent in partnership with HR. Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and urgency. Maintenance Execution Schedule people, equipment, materials, and services to meet production needs. Plan work, estimate manpower, and align resources to complete assignments. Coordinate maintenance with production to protect uptime and reliability. Troubleshoot complex issues to cut downtime and elevate equipment performance. Qualifications Education & Experience (choose one) Associate Degree from an accredited technical school or two-year college; or Minimum of two (2) years of leadership responsibility in industrial maintenance and training and a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in a multi-craft industrial environment; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
