Salary:

$85,000 - $105,000 Production Supervisor - Manufacturing On-Site in Winder, GA | Full-Time A well-established, privately owned manufacturer of HVAC and air-control products is launching a new manufacturing facility in Winder, GA and is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to help build the operation. This person will lead approximately 25 production employees and 2 leads, with the team expected to grow significantly. This is the first leadership role at the facility, offering strong potential to grow into a Production Manager position. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a production team while maintaining a strong safety and quality culture.

Be highly visible on the production floor, working directly with employees and addressing issues in real time.

Help establish processes and workflows in a new facility where procedures are still evolving.

Drive production, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.

Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee training, scheduling, performance management, and employee relations.

Partner with Engineering, HR, Purchasing, and other teams to keep operations running efficiently. What We're Looking For 5+ years of production manufacturing supervision experience.

Hands-on leadership experience in an hourly manufacturing environment.

Sheet metal or similar metal manufacturing experience preferred.

Comfortable working in a start-up/new facility without a fully established playbook.

Strong coaching, problem-solving, and employee development skills.

Lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.
