Responsibilities Under the direction the Plant Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees the production, and shipping areas of the plant. Monitors production for efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met/followed. Develops production schedules to meet internal goals as well as expectations of customers. Night Shift 2/2/3
Schedule Accountabilities :
+ Responsible for the planning and implementation of all safety policies and procedures established for the production and shipping areas.
+ Prioritizes food quality and maintains food safety, through the vigilant application of company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
+ Communicates with the Plant Manager, Operation's Manager Cost Accountant, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Harvest, and Sanitation Supervisors to achieve overall business goals.
+ Helps to implement assigned SRMP sections and ensure compliance within the assigned elements.
+ Manage plant production, streamline production processes, and increase efficiency.
+ Manage production area and shipping staffing levels, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, discipline, etc.
+ Develops and trains Group Leaders and all direct reports.
+ Oversee the production planning, staffing, and day-to-day production area operations in a cost-effective manner for all departments.
