Job Description The Kitting Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the kitting department, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, schedule, and develop kitting employees. Manage daily production, staffing, workflow, and job priorities. Oversee kit assembly, staging, packaging, labeling, and quality. Ensure jobs meet customer specifications and deadlines. Cross-train employees to increase team flexibility and capabilities. Monitor productivity, labor, accuracy, rework, waste, and on-time delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, quality, shipping, and other departments. Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and accountable work environment. This salary for this opportunity ranges from $80,000-$120,000 based off skillset and experience Skills and Requirements 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in printing, packaging, fulfillment, kitting, or a related manufacturing environment preferred. 3+ years experience with kitting, assembly, finishing, fulfillment, or similar hand-work and production processes preferred We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
