Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day assembly floor operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and with consistent product quality.
• Coach, support, and develop production team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Lead improvement efforts focused on safety, throughput, quality performance, labor productivity, and cost control across the operation.
• Apply Lean manufacturing practices and structured problem-solving methods to streamline workflows and reduce operational waste.
• Review production metrics and key performance indicators regularly, using data to identify trends, address issues, and improve results.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production challenges and maintain schedule alignment.
• Coordinate execution of production orders and staffing priorities to meet output requirements and customer delivery commitments.
• Promote compliance with established manufacturing procedures, workplace safety expectations, and operational best practices.
