The Bilingual Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sausage production activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to company specifications, production schedules, quality standards, and food safety requirements. The supervisor provides direction and leadership to production employees, communicates effectively in English and Spanish, monitors employee performance, and ensures that production goals are met. The position requires a hands-on leader who maintains a consistent presence on the production floor, addresses problems promptly, and holds employees accountable for following company procedures. Ensure production employees follow all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation requirements, allergen controls, product handling procedures, and food safety policies. Support investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and documentation related to raw materials, work in process, and finished products. Maintain accurate production records, employee training records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork. Report production results, downtime, errors, waste, staffing concerns, and corrective actions to management in a timely manner.

Pay:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 50.0 per week
