2997559698-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Heidelberg Materials seeks a 2nd Shift Aggregates Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient operation of aggregate production activities. In this role, you will coordinate plant and mobile equipment, monitor production targets, enforce MSHA/OSHA and company safety standards, and ensure product quality. You will supervise and develop shift employees, manage shift staffing and training, respond to equipment issues, and support continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to grow your leadership skills while contributing to sustainable, critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Supervise 2nd shift aggregate production operations to meet safety, quality, and output targets Enforce MSHA/OSHA and company safety policies and lead a safety-first culture Coordinate operation of plant systems and mobile equipment to optimize throughput Monitor product quality and adjust processes to meet specifications Schedule, direct, and coach shift employees, including training and performance feedback Respond to equipment issues and support troubleshooting and basic maintenance coordination Track production metrics and report on shift performance and incidents Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, safety, and cost control Ensure accurate shift handoffs, logs, and documentation Collaborate with maintenance and operations leadership on planning and downtime minimization Required Skills Aggregate production Plant operations Safety management
