This includes both hourly and salary production roles. Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence. Serve as liaison between the production personnel and staff on matters of communication, decisions, and policies. Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work assignments. Ensure the continuous improvement of methods and processes. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, housekeeping programs, work rules and regulations, providing a safe and clean workplace and complying with all regulatory agencies by leading by example and following up. Participate and support food safety auditing in a timely manner. Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies.

What We're Looking For Four- year degree preferred. Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. Strong organizational and planning skills. Previous management/supervisory experiences a must. Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal. Salary Range:

$95,600 - $122,000
