We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our assembly team, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain efficient production schedules. Position Summary The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop floor operations, coordinate production activities, and lead a team of assemblers, welders, electricians, and technicians. This position is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and meeting manufacturing deadlines. Responsibilities Supervise daily bus assembly operations. Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet customer delivery dates. Lead, train, and motivate production employees. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company specifications. Enforce workplace safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and quality departments. Track labor efficiency, production output, and shop performance metrics. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements. Conduct employee evaluations and coaching sessions. Maintain a clean and organized production environment. Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, vehicle assembly, heavy equipment, RV, truck body, or related industries. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience managing production schedules and labor resources. Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation. Knowledge of welding, electrical systems, fabrication, or vehicle assembly is preferred. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
