Responsibilities Direct and mentor shift personnel to optimize daily output and resolve operational bottlenecks. Oversee quality control processes to ensure all manufactured goods meet rigorous specifications. Facilitate comprehensive training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Collaborate with Human Resources to manage labor requirements, payroll accuracy, and personnel development. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and effective shift handovers. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new management software. Proven ability to foster productive relationships across all levels of the organization. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field. Six Sigma Certification or equivalent process improvement training. Demonstrated success in driving lean manufacturing initiatives.
