Wise Owl Productions is looking for a hands-on Workshop Production Manager to lead daily operations at our Tipton, Indiana facility. We build custom trade show exhibits and branded environments, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and technical expertise. We're looking for someone who can keep production organized and on schedule while bringing strong fabrication skills to the shop floor—including CNC programming and operation . What You'll Do Oversee daily shop operations, production schedules, staffing, and project workflow. Program, set up, and operate our Laguna CNC router to produce accurate, high-quality components. Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and fabrication specifications. Coordinate carpentry, fabrication, assembly, and finishing to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Lead, support, and develop shop personnel while maintaining a productive, team-oriented environment. Work closely with project managers to communicate priorities, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving. Maintain a safe, organized shop and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and material usage. What We're Looking For Experience in workshop supervision, production management, fabrication leadership, or a similar role. Hands-on CNC router programming and operating experience is required. Strong knowledge of woodworking, carpentry, fabrication methods, and shop equipment. Ability to read technical drawings and translate project requirements into an efficient production plan. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to quality, accountability, and meeting deadlines. Experience in custom exhibits, millwork, cabinetry, scenic fabrication, or custom woodworking is a plus. Familiarity with Laguna CNC equipment is preferred. Why Join Wise Owl Productions? Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
