You' ll support daily production operations and make sure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. As the key point of coordination between production staff and management, you' ll drive performance, support team development, and keep the work environment positive. You' ll get consistent Monday

What You' ll DoLead, coach, and support a team of production employees to meet daily production goalsMonitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient operationsEnforce safety policies and promote a culture of workplace safetyEnsure product quality standards are consistently metTroubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as neededTrain new employees and provide ongoing performance feedbackMaintain accurate production records and reportsCollaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processesWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred2
