Job Description/Responsibilities Join a growing distillery operation where accuracy, organization, and problem-solving make a direct impact on production success. As a Distillery Coordinator, you'll serve as a key link between operations, inventory, logistics, and compliance by ensuring production data, inventory transactions, and regulatory records are accurate and up to date. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and opportunities to contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency across the site. What You'll Do Manage production and inventory transactions, including distillery production bookings, inventory reconciliations, and raw material receipts. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory compliance, inventory control, and operational reporting. Coordinate commercial activities such as vendor setup, purchase order processing, invoice review, and shipment documentation. Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Support logistics activities including tanker receiving, shipment tracking, bills of lading, and inventory-related processes. Qualifications/Requirements Required Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related environment. Preferred Experience working with ERP, MRP, WMS, or other manufacturing systems. Previous compliance related experience Experience in a distillery, food and beverage, manufacturing, or regulated production environment.
