This position is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs Collaborate with customers on quality inquiries and coordinate with the team to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned Preferred Strengths Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Adaptable and organized with the ability to manage changing priorities Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development Willingness to travel as needed for work assignments Qualifications Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred Industrial, quality, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization Ability to speak, read, and write English Regular attendance and punctuality required Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions

Work Schedule:
