On-site Position Summary Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to join its plastics fabrication facility in Attleboro, MA. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional or production lead who enjoys working on the shop floor, developing teams, and learning technical processes. The Production Supervisor will learn the client's plastics fabrication processes, equipment, and materials while taking ownership of a small and growing team of fabricators. This individual will help keep production running safely and efficiently, support employee development, and help establish processes as the operation continues to grow. CNC equipment operation or programming experience is a strong advantage but is not required. The ideal candidate is a capable team leader who is comfortable learning new technical processes hands-on. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop a working knowledge of plastics fabrication processes, equipment, and materials
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily work of a small and growing team of fabricators
• Assign work, establish priorities, and monitor production flow to meet daily and weekly output goals
• Train new fabricators on safe work practices, equipment operation, and quality standards
• Monitor product quality throughout the fabrication process
• Identify and resolve production or quality issues before they escalate
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor
• Troubleshoot day-to-day production challenges, including equipment slowdowns, material shortages, and workflow bottlenecks
• Communicate production status, issues, and delays to operations management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as the team and processes grow
• Document procedures and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
• Partner with management on staffing needs and onboarding new employees
• Oversee CNC machine operation, setup, and/or programming Qualifications
• 3-5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Plastics fabrication experience is a plus
• Previous experience leading, training, or supervising a team preferred
• Comfortable learning new equipment and processes through hands-on training
• CNC operation or programming experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure
• Clear communication skills with the ability to give direction, provide feedback, and coach team members
• Working knowledge of workplace safety practices
• Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, and/or specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical or trade certification is a plus Work Environment and Requirements
• On-site position at a production facility in Attleboro, MA
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to fabrication equipment, materials, and noise typical of a plastics shop
• Requires standing and walking on the production floor for extended periods - occasional lifting
• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM #IND1
