Operate propane or electric walk behind and Remote-control grinders. Operate propane vacuums. Mix & install cement based and resinous repair materials. Operate gas & electric crack chasers. Accurately mix & measure resins. Able to cut edges, roll and squeegee. Broadcast flake and quartz sand. Sweep/Vacuum. Shotblast with 10", 15" & 30" Blastrac machines. Trowel Cove base. Application of urethane topcoats.

Familiarity with the following:

100% solids and water-based Epoxy resins Urethane Cement Polyaspartic. Polyurea's. MMA. Epoxy Mortar's. -Cab-O-Sil.

Responsibilities / Requirements

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from jobsites. Minimum of 1 year experience with epoxy flooring. Maintain a positive attitude. Work as part of a team. Be able to work on your knees. Lift 75 lbs. Have a good attention to details. Yearly pulmonary function and respirator fit tests. Arrive to work on time. Occasionally work weekends and 2nd or 3rd shift. Epoxy Crew Foreman will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience, manage labor, coverage rates, mil thickness, work closely with a project manager to stay within schedule and budget. Alert PM and / or shop technician of field needs, damages and equipment issues to head off shortages or delays. Interact with project super, customer representative or facility manager and manage a 3-5-person crew. Pay Rates from $25.00-$40.00 per hour. Foreman position may also be eligible to receive a company vehicle and quarterly performance bonus.
