To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: Supervises, coordinates, and prioritizes activities of Production Supervisors to meet customer, plant and management requirements. Ensures effective use of manpower. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment, keeping overtime to a minimum. Reviews and approves manning plan with Human Resources. Assists in the screening and hiring process of new hires for the operations department. Communicates and leads end of shift and closeout meetings. Ensures that accurate production, quality, and timekeeping records are kept by supervisors. Follows proper chain of command utilizing the downtime matrix. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production goals. Reviews and inspects orderliness and housekeeping to maintain company standards. Recommends measures to improve production method, equipment performance and quality of product (NCF). Ensures that safety standards are observed and enforced. Train and develop manufacturing management, team leaders, and associate in manufacturing practices and company policies. Ensure fair and consistent administration of all employment policies, rules and practices. Promote the treatment of all associates with dignity and respect. Drive the improvement of safety, quality, housekeeping, teamwork improvement activities, attendance, and administrative procedures This Full-Time, salary role is a part of our Autokiniton - Belleville 2 team and reports to the Operations Manager.
