The Shift Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations at the facility. This position ensures consistent performance across all systems and provides leadership and direction to plant personnel during assigned shifts. In the absence of management, the Shift Supervisor serves as the senior-most representative on-site. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of power or process plant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a biomass or solid fuel environment. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license are required. Leadership, detailed communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is an hourly role on a modified DuPont schedule. Candidates can anticipate about 200 hours of annual OT. Some relocation can be budgeted for qualifed candidates.
