2nd What's the Job? Manage a production division from raw materials to finished product, ensuring schedules are met. Lead and develop a team of 20-30 hourly employees, focusing on performance training and development. Collaborate with Operations Managers to control costs and meet corporate goals. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations. Drive quality improvements and support customer satisfaction, including coverage for Operations Managers and special projects as needed. What's Needed? 3-5 years of proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure with strong initiative and follow-through. Bachelor's degree or military equivalent experience. Familiarity with engineering methods and capacity analysis, including Lean manufacturing experience. What's in it for me?
