Duties Supervise manufacturing team members across assigned shifts, providing clear direction and support to meet production goals Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously, promoting a safe working environment for everyone on the floor Coordinate the operation of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to optimize productivity and safety Monitor assembly line processes to maintain quality standards and identify areas for process improvements Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing area, warehouse, and equipment using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Manage inventory and materials movement within the facility, including forklift operation and warehouse experience Document shift activities, production metrics, safety incidents, and maintenance needs accurately for reporting purposes Skills Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of factory operations and assembly lines Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity of hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory setting Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Solid understanding of safety regulations related to manufacturing facilities and warehouse operations Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments Join us as a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
