Job Description

Lead People. Drive Results. Make an Impact. Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop employees while driving performance in Safety, Quality, Service, Production, and Efficiency. In this role, you'll spend significant time on the production floor, coaching employees, monitoring operations, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Shift Availability:

7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, with support of continuous operations. Training for several weeks on day shift will be required before starting on night shift.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational and business goals. Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Schedule production priorities, equipment, workstations, and staffing to meet customer demands and production targets. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Monitor daily attendance, assign employees to production lines, and coordinate breaks to maintain operational flow. Conduct production floor audits, verify adherence to standard work, and address performance or process gaps. Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support overall plant performance.



Generate reports and maintain accurate production and employee records. Spend approximately 75% of your time on the production floor, actively supporting operations and employees.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and team management skills At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage employees Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to train employees on processes, procedures, and technology Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in the English language to support safety, quality, and employee communications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree SAP experience Lean manufacturing experience

Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
