Job Description

Supervise the execution of the company's production activities, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, quality and environmental requirements and standards, efficiency operational, quantities, and deadlines defined by the company, while ensuring the preservation of equipment, the organization and cleanliness of work areas, team training, and a healthy work environment.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently prioritize and ensure the safety of employees during the performance of their activities, requiring compliance with health and safety regulations, especially the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), in order to prevent potential accident risks and protect the physical integrity of all employees; Promote, practice, and ensure compliance with the company's ethical and moral principles within the production environment, ensuring a climate of respect, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements; Ensure the quality of parts in the production areas, as well as the quality of other technical and administrative activities performed by the team; Ensure the necessary resources to meet the production planning requirements through proper management of inputs, materials, and workforce, aiming to provide resource levels compatible with production plans and targets; Control and monitor area records and information (OEE, scrap reporting, setup records, and monitoring), ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date; Manage material flows from receiving, warehouse, lineside and finish goods shipping. Reduce or eliminate scrap incidence through the application of appropriate production processes and employee awareness programs; Maintain a healthy production environment and motivated teams, aiming to achieve increasing levels of safety, quality, and productivity, as well as the continuous pursuit of established objectives; Manage the performance of production area teams by conducting continuous follow-up, providing feedback, and implementing development actions; Identify and perform training for employees based on needs analysis, aiming to keep the team up to date, properly trained, and aligned with company demands; Cover absenteeism when necessary. This position will be a working supervisor who has complete training and knowledge of all shop floor and warehouse process/procedures. Suggest and implement improvements in production areas through the application of continuous improvement processes and tools, aiming to optimize production processes and reduce costs; Hold regular meetings with employees to standardize and align the level of information and instructions within the team; Safeguard the company's assets by requesting the necessary maintenance, aiming to prevent premature deterioration of equipment and property; Support the implementation of new products, processes, or technologies in the production area; Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that nonconformities are properly addressed and resolved; Ensure compliance with operational procedures and documentation, such as production releases, monitoring activities, standardized work, and layered process audits.
REQUIREMENTS
(Technical, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills) High School diploma or equivalent. Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma (desirable) Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in people management (mandatory) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in the Manufacturing area within the automotive (mandatory) Professional experience with management systems applied to
