Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations for finished goods and materials Lead, schedule, and train warehouse associates to meet productivity and safety goals Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with production and logistics teams Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotations Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and enforce safety protocols Track KPIs and prepare basic reports on throughput, accuracy, and downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and inventory issues Assist with staffing, performance feedback, and development of team members Required Skills Warehouse operations management Inventory control systems (WMS/ERP) Forklift and material handling equipment familiarity Shipping and receiving coordination Food safety and quality awareness (GMP/HACCP basics) Lean or continuous improvement methods Data entry and basic reporting in Excel or similar tools Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards Team leadership and shift scheduling Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics
