What You'll Do as a

Manufacturing Supervisor:

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production goals, optimize capacity, and maintain on-time deliveryLead, train, coach, and mentor a team of 50-80 CNC machinists, operators, and production support employeesMonitor work-in-progress (WIP), identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints, and proactively resolve production and scheduling issuesPartner with Planning/Scheduling, Commercial, Quality, Engineering, Department Leads, CNC Programmers, and Operators to align production priorities with customer commitmentsEnsure machining processes, SOPs, quality requirements, company policies, and safety procedures are consistently followedSupport machining process improvements, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, tooling, workholding, and fixture readinessTrack production metrics and lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Need to Bring to the

Manufacturing Supervisor Role:

8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, including 5+ years in a leadership roleStrong technical knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, production workflows, and process optimizationWorking knowledge of CNC programming, G-code, and CAD/CAM software is preferredStrong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on management styleAbility to lift or move up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment requiring PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, and gloves #SMNCareers Ready to Apply?
