What You'll Do as a

Production Supervisor:

Oversee warehouse and production teams to support efficient daily operationsCoordinate new production line initiatives, including changes to technology, systems, business processes, and job responsibilitiesDevelop, evaluate, and continuously improve procedures and SOPs for warehouse and production processesTrain production leads, dock coordinators, distribution clerks, and employees on inventory control procedures and company policiesSupport receiving, storage, distribution, FIFO inventory practices, production scheduling, and staffing needsAssist with hiring, 30-60-90-day performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, employee training, and temporary staffingMaintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, GMPs, and audit requirements while communicating effectively across shifts and departments What You Need to Bring to the

Production Supervisor Role:
