Applicants should have experience in manufacturing, mechanically inclined, flexible with scheduling.Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6PM - 4:00 AM Job duties include but are not limited to:- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed
- Build teamwork by treating people with respect and encouraging cooperation, involvement, and information sharing
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory product safety requirements
- Maintain and ensure manufacturing and quality control
- Establish effective working relationship with contributing departments within the plant
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates
- Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company
- Demonstrate time-management skills with the ability to work independently #
