We are a leading heavy civil construction company seeking qualified, safety driven professionals to join our Crushing Operations Team. These positions support the production of aggregates used in large scale civil construction projects. Candidates must be team oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Crushing Foreman Supervises daily work of the crushing crew and supports the superintendent in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers Conduct safety meetings and inspections Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Monitor production quality and output Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Qualifications:
3+ years' crushing or heavy equipment experience Ability to lead a crew and prioritize tasks Strong commitment to safety General Requirements for All Positions Commitment to safety as the #1 priority Ability to work in outdoor, heavy civil construction environments Reliable transportation and ability to work extended or variable hours Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed Teamoriented attitude and strong communication skills Ames Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
