Pay & Benefits Competitive pay Weekly pay Weekly 32‑Hour Program Long‑term project stability Fuel cost assistance Vacation accrual starting day one Paid sick days Comprehensive health insurance options Company‑paid short‑term disability 401(k) with company match Dental and vision insurance options Annual boot allowance (up to $200) Prescription safety glasses reimbursement (up to $400) Identity theft protection option $100 annual company store allowance Essential Functions Supervise and lead a labor crew performing construction support activities Manage the installation, operation, relocation, and maintenance of 4-inch and 6-inch diesel dewatering pumps Coordinate the layout, movement, connection, and removal of discharge and suction hoses Plan daily work assignments and ensure crews have the equipment and materials needed Maintain safe work practices and conduct daily safety meetings Coordinate with superintendents, operators, mechanics, and project management Monitor pump performance, fuel levels, and site maintenance activities as needed Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality workmanship Complete daily reports and communicate project progress Required Skills and Qualifications Experience Experience as a Labor Foreman or Crew Leader in heavy civil, environmental, mining, landfill, or construction projects Experience operating and managing diesel dewatering pumps is strongly preferred Ability to read plans and communication skills Strong leadership and communication skills Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to walk slopes and uneven terrain Valid driver's license At least 18 years of age Ability to pass a drug test, MVR check, and background check Comfortable working in a construction environment Equal Opportunity Employer Trans Ash is an equal opportunity employer.
