Production Supervisor - 1st & 2nd shifts
Location:
Wilson, North Carolina Salary:
$65-80K plus bonus Job Summary of the
Production Supervisor:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production employees during 1st or 2nd shift to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards. Your role will involve training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve production goals while prioritizing safety and quality. Effective communication and efficient operations are key aspects of this position. Job Duties & Responsibilities of the
Production Supervisor:
Perform daily inspections and safety audits Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to regulations Analyze production data to improve workflows and reduce costs Provide guidance to production employees and lead team meetings Analyze product performance metrics and suggest improvements Education & Experience Requirements of the
Production Supervisor:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required 2+ years of relevant experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with motivating and coaching employees Ability to work in fast-paced environments Experience with yields, labor, and root cause analysis Manufacturing background preferred, Food industry experience a plus
