Summary :

Full Time Production Supervisor position Located in Tri-Cities (Nebraska) Indoor, clean temperature controlled environment Supervise 30 to 40 team members Salary of $80k

• $90k/yr based on experience, plus up to 10% bonus potential 2nd shift or 3rd shift available Monday
• Friday and Saturdays when necessary (45
• 55 hours/wk)

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred

• or willingness to complete Bachelor's degree while employed 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience 2 or more years of production or manufacturing experience preferred Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills, analytical skills and decision making skills
