The Manufacturing Admin will be responsible for operating in various areas within the Zirpro site based on Business Need. The incumbent in this role will need to be agile to adapt to quick changes in priorities within the business and be prepared to fulfill the needs of vacant positions as business needs dictate. The incumbent will also be responsible for ongoing administrative duties in terms of quality control, production orders, shipping/receiving, HSE, etc.

Administrative:
- Monitor safety performance and incidence performance (near misses, recordables, lost work days) goals for the facility.
- Prepare and submit reports as required to local and corporate HSE management.
- Complete environmental regulatory reports with the support of the Plant Manager
- Manages inventory and schedules shipments for byproducts, including sodium metasilicate, floc cake, and fume silica. Arranges trucking and works with customers or end user to meet requirements and avoid any disruptions that might affect operations.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory documentation. Promptly reconciles any differences between actual inventory levels and those shown in Exact. Conducts month-end inventory to verify accuracy of inventory levels.
- Properly complete required data logs and sheets
- Perform quality checks on materials and/or product
- Identify issues/problems with documentation and/or processes/procedures
- Report issues/problems with documentation and/or processes/procedures to supervisor/management
Manufacturing:
Be available as needed to support plant operations, which can mean running plant equipment to cover for gaps in the personnel schedule Manages warehouse activities, to assure that all products and raw materials are stored safely, securely, and in a well-organized manner Load and unload materials into various production machines Operate various production machines Perform operator maintenance on machines, including but not limited to, cleaning Monitor materials/product through various production processes Transfer materials/product

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience Manufacturing experience, blueprint reading, intermediate math skills, proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures), and basic computer skills - preferred Ability to become proficient and work independently within approximately 3 months. Adequate training will be provided. Physical Demands Requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, hand dexterity, and communication. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling may be required. Visual Requirements Requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment and occasional exposure to heat, fumes, and airborne dust. Noise levels are typically moderate. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Use of PPE may be required, including safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection, hard hats, respirators, and dust masks.
